Burn fat was the hardest things for you? What about me, I think I ever be fat, sometime be slim and sometime be normal. But now I think I should loss some kilo because of two weeks holiday I eat a lot without think about the calories, drink so many sweet kind of drinks, yeah Ice cream also cakes for maybe everyday.
47.5kg now and What should I do to burn fat and loss weight ?
Target : 43kg
So now I write this on December 2018 since 2 month first I write before about 47.5kg and I still on the same condition on 47.5kg. So I asked the body master that he said what I need actually is just an exercise for my body, he also said that I got my portion of body so don't worry about weight gain. But it's as always up to me / myself because this is my body and I should take care of it.
Today December 11, 2018
While somebody sleep and I wake up to work make me eat at night a portion of rice that maybe 500 calories, not only rice but also have another sometimes bread, sometimes chocolate or any sweets.
But in the morning at 9am I will eat 5 slice of crackers and drink my vitamin C supplement before go to sleep. I mean this for 2 weeks, now I past the first week and doen't loose any weight. Let's see the result 7 days later / next week.
